The Emerging Technology Center is a cornerstone of the Delaware New Economy Initiative.
The New Economy Initiative includes a set of investments and programs focused on
supporting the entrepreneurial environment in Delaware.

The mission of the Emerging Technology Center is to identify and cultivate emerging
technology entrepreneurs through a holistic and comprehensive business network that
provides a wide range of services and drives the movement of an idea to commercialization.

The goal of the Emerging Technology Center is to build on existing resources and assets
in the state and insure that a comprehensive set of business services exists to help
entrepreneurs succeed.
